A blast was reported in the vicinity of Hamarweyne district in downtown Mogadishu on Sunday noon as the country is now at war with Al-Shabaab.
The initialal reports indicate that the exlosion occured around the headquaters of Benadir regional adminstration which is a heavily foritified zone in the capital.
